After-wash imitation silk padding

Mainly made of hollow conjugated polyester staple fibers and mixed with some polyester staples of low melting point and finished products scarcely containing glue materials. After being calenderized and ironed, the product get smooth surface, silk-like glittering effect, light and exquisite hand feeling, softness, heat preservation, good washing endurance, no distortion and leaking. It feels like down but with fine tenacity and is the best among all spray bond padding products. Repeated washing cannot distort it, so it becomes the best padding stuff for garments to be washed and it can also be used for high-end winter suits, soft garments, quilts and other wear for winter season as an ideal substitute for down padding.

Feather padding

Made of super-fine and slippery three-dimensional hollow fibers and featured of light weight, soft and exquisite hand-feeling, good heat preservation, no distortion and leak, just like down; mostly used in making high-end wear for ladies, the aged and children as well as bedding articles.

Soft padding

Multi-hole soft padding: 4-hole and 7-hole soft padding, maximum 80% of multi-hole fiber; the multi-hole and puff characteristics offer very good heat preservation ability and make it the ideal material for skiing suit, leather jacket, quilt, wadding, sleeping bag, bedspread, pillow stuff, mat and interior lining for sofa; products are available in spray or non-spray bond series according to customers' requirements.

Fire retardant soft padding: made of F/R polyester staple fibers with durable and stable F/R effect, reaching the National Standard ?GB17951 ?1998 Fire retardant fabrics ?B2 and Europe and USA relative standards; featured of soft hand-feeling and no burning in case of fire.

Far-infrared soft padding: made of far-infrared fibers which can absorb energy from outside and the human beings themselves and reflect the far-infrared lights to human beings, thus to help activate the cell organization and improve blood circulation. Through this, it can ameliorate metabolism and immunity system. As a functional padding, it is also featured for the extraordinary heat-preservation and anti-cold characteristics, which makes its applicable for making garments for the super cold areas.

Bacteria-free soft padding: made of the anti-bacteria polyester staple fibers and effective against a broad spectrum of microorganisms like gram negativebacteria and gram positivebacteria with long-term effect and innoxious, harmless and pollution-free; also effective against the growth of coliform, staphylococcus aureus, bacillus pyocyaneus and other bacterial with the same effect as deodorant; the antiseptic percentage for coliform, staphylococcus aureus and bacillus pyocyaneus can be as high as 90%; especially applicable for making medical wear.

Filling padding

PP Padding: made of composite three-dimensional, helix, hollow and silicon-filled fibers with good elasticity and permeability and free from glue material; easy to handle and applicable for pillow core, sofa, cushion, toys as well as winter suits; available in 4 grades as A, B, C and D according to customers with different requirements.

Pearl Padding

each pearl padding is made up by scores of composite hree-dimensional, helix, hollow and silicon-filled fibers and specially processed into individual balls with better elasticity and permeability and longer endurance; with a little stiffness to meet the special requirements of some products; similar to pearl in shape; soft and puffy, slippery hand-feeling, good heat preservation and more comfortable; can be mixed with down and the ideal substitute for it.
